    Dr. Lisbet Cherniavsky

    Originally from Cuba, Dr. Lisbet Cherniavsky, DDS, has lived in the United States since the age of 14. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery at The Ohio State University. Dr. Cherniavsky excels at implantology, dental surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign. She looks forward to delivering bright and healthy smiles for years to come.

    Dr. Chelsea E. Kuyath

    Dr. Chelsea E. Kuyath graduated from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine in 2018. She completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at ECU in 2019, and officially joined Blue Ridge Dentistry in January 2020. She has been trained in all areas of general dentistry, but especially enjoys cosmetic work and surgery.

    Dr. Kuyath is a mountain girl at heart, and enjoys hiking and writing novels in her spare time. She is thrilled to be a part of the Boone community and looks forward to taking care of your dental needs.

    Dr. Dax Benfield

    Dax graduated from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in 2022. His philosophy for dentistry is results-based and comfort-driven. He strives to make every visit a little more pleasant than the last.

     Dax is a local to the area. He grew up in Hudson, NC, and attended South Caldwell High School. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Appalachian State University with a major in Cell/Molecular Biology and minors in Chemistry and General Business. Dax’s love for the high country and its people brings him back to practice dentistry. 

    Dax’s hobbies include riding motorcycles, camping, rock climbing, sailing and hiking. Dax and his fiancé have a goldendoodle named Dr. Louie who aspires to become a therapy dog in the dental practice. A fun fact about Dax is that he rode a motorcycle across the U.S. from Cape Hatteras, NC, to Port Orford, OR, along the Trans-America Trail!
